Hampton Roads traffic is something you have to pay attention to, especially if it involves a tunnel. The most important thing to know about Hampton Roads traffic is how to avoid tunnel traffic. There are 4 tunnels that back up everyday during rush hours and it's helpful to know where to live to be able to avoid this mess. On the map below, I have included all the bases and tunnels.
